Enquiry and booking terms

An enquiry is not a booking

Website, phone, email and WhatsApp enquiries are requests for information. They do not reserve a vehicle, room, activity, seat or departure.

Your written quotation

The quotation will state the proposed itinerary or service, dates, route, travellers, price basis, taxes or mandatory charges, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, validity period and relevant supplier conditions.

Confirmation

A booking exists only after you accept the current quotation, complete the stated payment step through an approved channel, and receive written confirmation from Engineers Tour & Travel.

Accuracy and changes

Please check names, dates, routes, passenger counts and requirements before approval. Later changes depend on availability and may change the price or supplier conditions.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for accurate information, required identification, visas or permits where applicable, timely arrival, lawful conduct, and following safety or supplier instructions.

Supplier services

Hotels, transport providers, venues and activity operators may apply their own confirmed conditions. The quotation will identify material terms known at the time.
